By accessing and using the Actors outlined website (hereinafter, "the Platform"), the visitor
(hereinafter, "User") agrees to comply with these terms and conditions (hereinafter, "Terms").
If the User does not agree with these Terms, they must refrain from using the Platform.
2. Purpose of Actor Information
2.1. The actor information published on the Platform is intended exclusively for professionals interested in working with them, such as casting agencies, audiovisual production teams, advertising, and related media.
2.2. The use of this information must be limited to professional purposes related to the entertainment and production industry. The Platform expressly prohibits any use of the information for purposes unrelated to this professional nature.
3. Contacting and Saving Actor Profiles
3.1. Users wishing to contact an actor can use the contact methods provided on each actor's profile. These methods may include social media, email, or phone number, if the actor has decided to make them public.
3.2. Additionally, each profile includes a "Contact actor" button that allows the User to send a contact request to the Platform. By clicking this button, the User must provide the requested information, which will be used to contact the actor on behalf of the User. The Platform reserves the right to forward or not forward these contact requests, and does not guarantee a response from the actor.
3.3. Each profile also includes a "Save Actor Profile" button that allows the User to download or save the actor's profile information if needed. This feature is for personal and professional use in the context of collaboration opportunities and does not imply any rights over the actor's profile content.
4. Use of Platform Content
4.1. All texts, images, videos, and other visual content of the actors' profiles on the Platform are the property of the Platform, or the respective actors and creators such as photographers and videographers, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
4.2. The User is not authorized to copy, distribute, modify, or use the content of the profiles for commercial purposes or any purposes other than those described in these Terms without the prior authorization of the Platform or the content owner.
5. Liability and Limitation of Use
5.1. The Platform does not guarantee that contact with the actors will result in collaboration, contracts, or employment relationships. The Platform's responsibility is limited to facilitating contact.
5.2. The Platform is not responsible for the misuse of the information provided by the actors on their profiles nor for any agreements or interactions that occur directly between the User and the actors.
5.3. The information and profiles are provided "as is" and the Platform does not offer any guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the published information.
6. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective from the date of publication, and Users will be notified as appropriate.
Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Platform does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted availability of its services and is not responsible for any interruptions, failures, or damage arising from the use of the Platform.
Under no circumstances shall the Platform be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the site.
